How does it work? The Sauna Retreat is available for private hire for 2-4 adults (over 16s only). You will have exclusive use of the sauna and outdoor seating area for your pre-booked time slot/session. Optional extras and extra hours are available upon booking.
How will I get access to the sauna? After booking you will receive an email with details of how to find us and what to do upon arrival. Please check your Junk folder if you have not received this email. There is a car park (3 spaces) and bike rack on site.
What do I bring? A 2 litre bottle of drinking water is included with each booking but we suggest bringing extra water. We suggest bringing 1 towel to sit on and one to dry off with. Warm clothes and torches are also recommended. We are totally off-grid so lighting is limited.
Is there parking? And can I bike to the Sauna Retreat? There is parking for up to 3 cars on site. And yes there is a bike rack on site too.
What happens in bad weather? The sauna has a covered changing area so you can stay dry during bad weather. If you would like to cancel your booking you can do this up 48 hours prior your booking.
Can we bring children or dogs? The Sauna Retreat is for over 16s only. Dogs are welcome but they must be kept on leads at all times.
Are there pubs and restaurants nearby? Just down the road from The Sauna Retreat is the Old Vineyard Cafe. A short bike or drive away are the fantastic pubs, The Fox & Hounds in Great Moulton and the stunning Boars in Spooner Row.
Is ice included with the ice bath? The ice bath will be loaded with 2 bags of ice for each booking. You are welcome to bring more ice if needed.
Are there extra logs for the sauna? Yes, extra logs are provided for the sauna.
How do I use the sauna? Detailed safety info and a instructions on how to use the sauna is provided on site.
