2 Hour Retreat | £60 | 2-4 people
A two hour private use of the wood fired sauna, cold shower and outdoor seating area, in the beautiful secluded surroundings of Overwood Norfolk. The sauna will be ready for you so you can unwind and relax the moment you arrive. Additional logs are provided. For all the details please see below.
3 Hour Retreat | £80 | 2-4 people

Optional Extras
Selection of Teas & Coffees
Sit beside the log burner inside our stunning, handmade shepherds hut and enjoy a selection of teas and coffees. Biscuits and logs provided! From £10 per session.
Private use of Fire Pit
Cosy up to the camp fire after your cold shower or dip in the ice bath. Includes 1 bag of logs. £15 per session.
Ice bath
Access to the outdoor ice bath which will be ready for you upon arrival. £10 per session.
